Come along to our Wedding Open Day to see how we do weddings at Glemham Hall! Step inside this magnificent house and surround yourself in all the history, warmth and glamour that an old house brings. The Grand Hall will be dressed for a Ceremony, A vintage Afternoon Tea will be displayed in the Drawing Room and the Marquee will be looking its best for the most stylish of receptions. Weather permitting, you'll be able to wander the Rose gardens and you can even practise walking down the grand staircase! A vintage style cafe will be open in the marquee, so stay a while and enjoy a cream tea!

Our generous Marquee will be filled to the rafters with the Suffolk's most talented & creative vintage wedding suppliers! Suffolk Coastal Bike Events

SUNDAY 4TH AUGUST 2013.

To register in advance click here or to register on the day please arrive between 8am and 10am.

Join us for a beautiful Summer day's cycling in the tranquil Suffolk countryside.
Starting and finishing at Glemham Hall, there’s a choice of two routes of 35 & 60 miles. Both routes head north through pretty countryside and villages before splitting at Sibton. The short route then swings east to Dunwich on the coast, while the longer continues north to reach Covehithe with its curious ‘Russian Doll’ churches. Following the coast south through sleepy Southwold and Walberswick, the long route rejoins the short at Dunwich, crossing open heathland back to the finish at Glemham Hall.

FolkEast 2013

FRIDAY 23RD, SATURDAY 24TH, SUNDAY 25TH AUGUST 2013.

Glemham Hall is very pleased and proud to announce that the FolkEast Music Festival will be held on the Park, celebrating the best in folk, roots, acoustic and world music!

Now in it’s second year, FolkEast is going “undercover”: the festival arena will be made up of a covered Kayam Stage, with various smaller stages including the new Broad Roots Stage and the popular Soapbox Stage. 

Set in the ancient parkland of Glemham Hall, the arena will include a main covered stage and various folk, dance, workshop, tea and “mardling” marquees. There will be a large variety of food stalls showcasing food from around the world and our own signature real ale bar with it’s own mini beer festival featuring ales and ciders from Suffolk and Norfolk micro breweries. There will be a range of arts and crafts stalls, a sculpture garden which fires up at night and areas of general wonder! Camping and Day tickets available. Strictly No Dogs & No Campfires.

Visit Glemham Hall for your chance to see inside this beautiful family home and how it looks dressed for a wedding! The enchanting Grand Hall will be dressed for a ceremony,  the Drawing Room will be set for a quintessential Afternoon Tea and take a stroll around the beautiful gardens before heading over to the Marquee to see it dressed for a reception. You'll also have the chance to meet some of our favourite wedding suppliers who will have helped to make Glemham Hall look amazing!
