Licensed for Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships for up to 100 guests, your wedding can take place in the very elegant surroundings of the Grand Hall. Furnished with oak panelling, wooden columns and original oak floorboards, the Hall exudes a warmth and character that will delight your guests as they take their seats for your ceremony.A suite of rooms are available for the Bridal party where preparations can begin on the morning of the wedding. From here the Bride can descend an enchanting oak staircase directly into the Grand Hall – quite a fairytale entrance!Our beautiful gardens are what Glemham Hall is renowned for...after your ceremony, step onto the South lawn to enjoy the breath-taking views as you look down the avenue of yew trees. The walled Rose garden and its traditional English symmetry will make the perfect backdrop for your wedding day photographs. You and your guests will be well looked after, we know that spending time relaxing with family and friends on your wedding day is vitally important and what better place than a beautiful English garden in which to do so!For the perfect summer or winter reception, our luxurious marquee is sited in the gardens against the backdrop and splendour of Glemham Hall. The marquee comes complete with all furniture required for the wedding breakfast, a dance floor with a starlight cloth above to create the perfect ambience for a party and we also provide a fully stocked bar with our own experienced and professional bar team.

RECEPTION ONLY IN THE MARQUEEWedding Reception in our luxurious marquee. There are many lovely churches in the area but the beautiful parish church of St. Andrews in Little Glemham, arguably one of the finest in Suffolk, is a five minute stroll from the gardens. Walking through the avenue of yew trees, the path leads directly to the church which is hidden behind enormous oak and horse-chestnut trees. After your marriage, be the first to lead your guests back through the gardens to Glemham Hall to begin the wedding celebrations. Arriving at Glemham Hall for your wedding reception will allow you and your guests the opportunity to spend a relaxing time in the gardens for your drinks reception, before heading to the marquee for the wedding breakfast. AFTERNOON TEA WEDDINGSA Civil Ceremony in the Grand Hall followed by an Afternoon Tea Reception in the Drawing Room. For a more intimate wedding, Glemham Hall can offer a Civil Ceremony to be followed by a quintessential English Afternoon Tea. For up to 40 guests, for the most personal wedding, take your vows in the Grand Hall and afterwards enjoy the warm and comfortable Drawing Room and be seated to an afternoon tea served on original vintage china. A delightful menu of petite sandwiches, homemade scones and the prettiest cakes served with a selection of teas, will be sure to delight you and your guests.
