When Mary Lennox is orphaned she is bundled off to live with her uncle at the gloomy Misselthwaite Manor. Sullen, spoilt and lonely, she begins to be entranced by the mysteries of the house and its gardens… but can she unlock the secrets that are held within? With the help of some unexpected friends – and an overgrown magical garden – her life, and the lives of those around her, is transformed.
