YOUR OVERNIGHT STAY
Peak-season weddings at Glemham Hall include one night’s accommodation for up to 18 guests. We have nine individually styled bedrooms, with double or king-size beds. In fact, one bed is far larger! As typical in a house of this age, we don’t have en-suite bathrooms throughout. However, Lady Blanche’s suite provides both a dressing room and private bathroom. The Devonshire has the convenience of a Jack-n-Jill bathroom attached.
You don’t have to get married to stay with us. Talk to us about hiring the house for a private party, including an overnight stay. Or just come and stay and making this country house yours for a night or two. Entertain friends or family as lord or lady of the Hall.
Why not make a weekend of it?
You can add a further night or two at the Hall. Bring your nearest and dearest together for a weekend in the Suffolk countryside. If you’re with us for a few days, we’d recommend exploring the local countryside and coastline. Past guests have enjoyed visiting iconic landmarks such as Snape Maltings with its roots in music and the arts; Aldeburgh with its old-world charm; Southwold home to Adnams brewery, picturesque pier and lighthouse; Thorpeness with a beautiful, large boating lake and pebble beach. This part of the country is complete with an array of fresh local produce, so be sure to visit restaurants and pubs in the area.
